She may be exposing every inch of her enviable curves in an exclusive, unretouched photo shoot for In Touch, but Nicole ?Coco? Austin was born to bare all. ?I would run around naked when I was a little girl. I was a nudist!? the famously round-bottomed wife of rapper/ actor Ice-T recalls to In Touch. ?I always felt so free in my body.? Now, at 32, not much has changed for the swimsuit model and Licious clothing designer, who returns to the small screen with her hubby for the second season of their hit reality show, Ice Loves Coco, on Sunday, February 19, on E! at 10:30 p.m. ET. ?Her booty is a planet,? Ice, 54, boasts to In Touch about Coco?s ample derriere, which many fans ? incorrectly ? assume is surgically enhanced. ?It has its own gravitational pull!? adds the Law & Order: SVU star. So, how did Coco feel about flaunting her figure ? flaws and all ? to the world? ?I?m not nervous,? she insists. ?This is the biggest I?ve ever been,? admits the 135-pound, 5'2" beauty, who splurges on Mexican cuisine when not sticking to her diet of white fish and fruit. ?But I?m still confident, because I?m happy inside. And I have a husband who tells me I?m beautiful all the time.?
Unfortunately, Coco?s active lifestyle hasn?t protected her from a scary health crisis. ?I was recently diagnosed with extremely high blood pressure,? she reveals, referring to the common medical condition, which if left untreated, could lead to heart failure. ?I thought I was completely healthy, but then I found out that I could drop dead tomorrow.? But Coco is fighting back, following her doctor?s orders to eat even better and take the right medication. ?I?m doing everything I can to get back on track,? she says. After all, the feisty stunner plans to entertain her fans for years to come. ?I?m going to be doing the splits in booty shorts when I?m 90!? she laughs. ?I?ll always be proud of my body.?
